Once an enemy of God, I have been saved from his righteous wrath and welcomed into his family as an adopted son, with all the rights of an heir. I continue to enjoy grace upon grace in that he would give me a godly bride, a wonderful daughter and precious son. Moreover, demonstrating that he continues to choose the foolish to shame the wise, I have been called by God to pastor his sheep until Christ comes for them.

John Hess is planning a hike for our church the weekend after Father's day. We are going to the Mt. Rogers area. My primary goal is the discipleship of our young men who will be attending, I just want it to be an intense 3 days of seeing God in creation and His Word. I thought that you might be interested in joining us, or have some young men that might be interested. Noah Davis comes to mind. Anyway, I know you love hiking, and the Word, so I thought you would like to know.
